Orthodontic practice is seeking an energetic individual who enjoys working in an upbeat, productive and fast-paced environment for the full time position of Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator.

As a treatment coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

- Conduct new patient consultations
- Present treatment options
- Follow up with patients
- Explain insurance benefits
- Present treatment fees and establish financial arrangements
- Engage with patients to ensure a caring environment

**Requirements**:

- Excellent time management and organization
- An outstanding attitude, fun and team focused
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a calm and efficient work flow
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer service experience
- A desire to develop personally and professionally to reach your full potential
