- **CCR Team Lead**

**Working Location**:Calgary, AB**Reporting to**: Regional Clinic Manager**A day in the life of a Customer Care Representative Team Lead involves**:
- Support the Regional Clinic Manager with training and onboarding of new CCR team members
- Assist with local clinic activities in support of National Marketing Campaigns
- Troubleshoot queries from the CCR team in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure standards for 3rd party client files and adherence to 3rd party contracts as they relate to clinic dispensing procedures.
- Assist with daily clinic activities as per the CCR role

- You would like to work closely with the Regional Clinic Manager to grow and train the team
- You are confident in your fundamental CCR skill set and excited to teach others
- You would like to work with team members beyond your district on marketing, team engagement, and other projects
