Production Blender

**Location**: Truro, NS

**Type**: Full-time, Permanent, 40 hrs/week

**Pay range**: $20-25/hr, depending on experience

**Your Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Independently prepare and blend up to 300HL batches of Ready-To-Drink product and prepare for packaging
- weigh & stage ingredients
- Clean and sanitize tanks and other equipment
- Setup and sanitize lines and transfer loops
- Transfer products and prepare them for packaging
- Conduct cleaning verification tests
- Monitor processes
- Maintain facility cleanliness and organization standards
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Help with packaging tasks as time and task load allows
- Help with Brewery production and cellaring tasks as time and task load allows
- Help with other warehousing / production tasks as required
- Keeping accurate and on time inventory

- Strong attention to detail while multi-tasking in complex scenarios

- Ability to reliably and efficiently complete tasks to a high standard with mínimal supervision
- Ability to lift 25 kg (55 lbs)
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders safely and repeatedly
- Ability to bend and lift safely and repeatedly
- Ability to work safely with high pressure / temperature liquids and/or gases
- Ability to learn quickly and understand complex equipment and processes
- CSA approved safety boots

**Assets to Have**
- Beverage production industry training, knowledge, or experience
- Forklift / pallet jack certification and/or experience
- WHMIS certification
- First-aid certification
- Quality control and quality assurance experience
- Experience with Ekos brewery management software

**Work Schedule**
- Permanent, full-time
- 8 hour shift, 8 AM - 4 PM (Some flexibility required), Monday to Friday
