**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development of architectural designs using software such as ArchiCAD, Revit, and CAD.
- Participate in the preparation of construction documents and presentations.
- Support project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Conduct construction estimating to assist in project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with team members on design reviews and project meetings.
- Utilize tools such as NavisWorks, 3ds Max, Bluebeam, and Rhinoceros 3D for modeling and visualization.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation to ensure smooth workflow.

**Experience**
- Proficiency in architectural software including ArchiCAD, Revit, CAD, NavisWorks, 3ds Max, Bluebeam, and Rhinoceros 3D is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction estimating and budgeting processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- A background in architecture or related field is required; current enrollment in an accredited architecture program is preferred.

Pay: $67,638.00-$70,483.00 per year
