**About the Role**

**What You’ll Do**
- Learn to set up and run injection molding machines and robotic automation
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot high-speed production equipment
- Complete pre-operation and sanitation duties at the beginning of each shift
- Perform in-process quality checks and maintain detailed production logs
- Stack and package products and inspect finished goods to meet quality standards
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain workstations and tools as required
- Collaborate with production team members and report issues to the supervisor
- Follow all Food Safety, Health & Safety, and sanitation protocols

**What We’re Looking For**
- If you have mínimal experience, NEXE will provide full training, and starting pay will reflect your experience level
- 1-3 years of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred (food or beverage a plus)
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Comfortable using Google Suite products (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Willing to work day/evening/weekend shifts as needed
- Fluent in spoken and written English
