Temporary position for 12 months.

As a wealth management assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the advisor or a team of advisors, by carrying out all the administrative and operational tasks involved in managing the 360 offer. Your role is to implement, from an operational point of view, the solutions proposed by the advisors, in collaboration with the support team. You have the leadership skills needed to handle requests from your members and customers, and to resolve various administrative situations while maintaining our high quality standards. You coordinate and prepare exchanges between members and customers, their advisors and expert partners. Your privileged and regular contact with customers means that you are proactive and know how to anticipate future events. You take the appropriate measures and monitor developments in the situation of members and customers. Your mastery of interpersonal relations becomes an essential skill. Your actions are designed to meet the needs of members and customers, while aiming for their complete satisfaction and business growth. You will put your results-oriented skills to good use, while ensuring sound risk and compliance management, as well as adherence to current practices and policies. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Prepare documentation for meetings with members and customers.-
- Open accounts and fill in forms.- Take charge of certain requests for information, carry out the necessary research and propose solutions adapted to the needs of members and customers or, when required, refer them to the person best suited to meet the need.- Participate in the production of reports, presentation of statistics and preparation of related documents.

What you bring to the table- Attestation of Collegial Studies- A minimum of three years of relevant experience- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- Knowledge of French is required
