General Responsibilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Take ownership of the Chick-fil-A brand and purpose by being good stewards and having a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A
- Take responsibility to ensure food safety & health and safety compliance
- Relates to others with sincere care and loyalty
- Able to navigate and use POS touch-screen technology
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time or whole shift, inside or outside
- Must be able to bend and lift loads up to 50lbs.
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Has a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Enjoys fast-paced environment, while keeping a clean and organized work space
- Although experience in a restaurant environment an asset we are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know.
- Note: Team member responsibilities are not limited to the ones listed above and from time to time may be required to perform additional duties to support business demands

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have availability between the hours of 9:30am - 11:00pm
- Must be able to work 35-40+ hours a week year round
- Must have appropriate transportation for scheduled shifts
- Available to work at least 5 days a week including one weekend weekly
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well on a team
- Food Handlers Certificate - or obtained within 30 days of employment

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
