Flying Post Camp and Logistics (FPCL) has become well known in the Sudbury and Timmins area. FPCL's primary focus is on construction for remote workforce housing and modular accommodations, along with site services in the remote work camp industry. FPCL is currently completing a construction project for the IAMGOLD Côté Gold Project.

We are currently seeking a **Site Services Manager **to join our team.

**Location**: IAMGOLD Côté Gold Project. District of Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. Approximately 5 km north of HWY 144 Watershed rest stop and 20KM Southwest of Gogama.

Work Schedule**:Rotation consisting of 14 days on and 14 days off - 10 Hour Shift daily**

**Job Type**:Full-time

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the service work, renovations, new construction for Site Services.
- Manage and oversee the Site Services department: Labourers, Operators, Carpenters, Plumbers, Mechanic, Electrician, etc.
- Ensure the Site Services team is working in a safe manner.
- Handle inquiries from the client and coordinate with sub-contractors as required.
- Ensure appropriate management of any issues occurring, liaise with the HR, HSE departments and the Project team.
- When required issue disciplinary notices and corrective measures within the Site Services department.
- Manage the daily priorities of the site services team and plan accordingly.
- Assist with selecting subcontractors/ service providers. Assist with scheduling and coordinating the subcontractors/ service providers activities.
- Develop Purchase Requisitions for the Site Services department.
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process for the Site Services department.
- Respond to work delays, emergencies, incidents, and other problems.
- Respond to project-related inquiries and ensure tasks are handled in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the work must be done neatly, and work site must be kept clean.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Education/ Qualification**
- High School diploma or GED required
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field is an asset
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills required
- Must be able to work independently and with others
- Experience and valid tickets with operating machinery is an asset

**Other Requirements**
- G Class Driver’s license with clean driving record (abstract required if hired).
- Must be conversant with OHSA regulations and comply with the site safety plan and rules.

**Accommodations**

The project site is a dormitory style accommodations complex with a small gym and laundry facility. Meals are provided, lunches are bagged style and sit-down meal setting for breakfast and supper. Site room and board is supplied by the employer. Bus stop located in Timmins or Sudbury, the bus will transport employees to and from the mine site.
