**_ What you’ll do:_**
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the TD Place Ticket Office:

- Build events and sell tickets for all events at TD Place
- Set up season manifests, events and ticket inventory within the ticketing systems.
- Coordinates the online ticket system: account manager, Archtics/HOST (TM1) payments, payment plans, e-ticket delivery and mobile ticketing.
- Work directly with internal departments for ticketing fulfillment.
- Responsible for data integrity as it relates to information being inputted into Ticketmaster;
- Manage internal communication channels to ensure information is being communicated in a timely and effective manner;
- Assist in Box Office cash reconciliation on a day-to-day basis.
- Oversee Ticketing and Client Support for the Ottawa 67’s and other Professional Sports Teams
- Builds and maintains sporting events in ticketing system from start to finish;
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with external sporting organizations by providing exceptional customer service;
- Provides exceptional client support and offers ticketing recommendations as needed.
- Event Management for TD Place on Event/Game Days:

- Responsible for managing game/event nights in the Box Office
- Ensure each Event/Game is balanced and money in ticketing system matches cash on hand and debit settlements;
- Assist in other events as needed on a rotational basis;
- Provide exceptional internal/external customer service to resolve issues;
- Generate Event Reports to Management and other key stakeholders.

**_ What’s needed:_**
- _ Post-Secondary degree preferred - strong preference for business/sport management focus;_
- _ 1-2 years of box office experience is preferred;_
- _ Excellent relationship building and people skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external clients at all levels within the organization;_
- _ Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner;_
- _ Highly organized with outstanding administrative and time management skills;_
- _ Ability to smile, have a positive mindset and jump in on a ‘one team one vision’ culture;_
- _ Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities;_
- _ Ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required;_
- _ Experience using sports ticketing systems a plus (Ticketmaster (Host/Archtics));_
- _ Bilingualism in French and English is considered a strong asset._
