- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**Clinical Duties**:

- Perform sterilization of instruments and maintain infection control protocols.
- Take high-quality intraoral and extraoral photos for patient records.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure clinical areas are stocked/organized.

**Front Office Duties**:

- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm upcoming visits.

**Marketing Duties**:

- Help with online marketing including Instagram and Facebook posts
- Prior dental/orthodontic experience (preferred but not required—we train).
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable multitasking.
- Willingness to learn both clinical and administrative tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency (experience with dental software is a plus).
