**The Role**
We’re looking for a **Controller** to be a key member of our management team. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll lead our day-to-day finance operations and provide insights that drive smart business decisions. This role is hands-on, entrepreneurial, and central to our continued growth.

**What You’ll Do**
- Oversee accounting & finance operations (AP, AR, payroll, GL, reconciliations)
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management decision-making
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, government regulations, and audits
- Manage information systems and insurance policies
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Mentor and develop team members
- Support continuous improvement of financial processes

**What We’re Looking For**
- CPA designation (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Strong accounting and financial management background
- Strong technology skills with the ability to navigate new systems and processes efficiently
- Entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Eligible for Government of Canada security clearances

Pay: $80,000.00-$92,000.00 per year
