**Our expectations**:
**Your role**:

- Analyze and monitor performance indicators (level of products in stock, accuracy of sales forecasts, turnover rate, inventory budget, dashboard, product status, etc.)
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal partners to develop strategies.
- Ensure excellent collaboration with business partners responsible for marketing, store operations, affiliates and the Demand and Replenishment team.
- Question existing processes and propose new solutions.
- Support users in deploying new processes and adapting best practices.
- Represent Demand and Replenishment function for improvement and transformation projects to ensure optimal performance and operational quality of processes.
- Ensure that the operational constraints of the supply chain are respected during strategy development by the marketing, stores and affiliates teams.
- Support and ensure governance of the process of maintaining inventory of critical items for natural disasters.

**The qualifications we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles in the supply chain sector
- Analytical skills in order to formulate recommendations
- Critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with computer tools such as MS Excel and database
- Good knowledge of JDA (an asset)
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
- Organizational skills, thoroughness, self-direction and attention to detail
- Well-developed business acumen and sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Experience in the retail industry, within a large national distributor or transport/logistics service provider (an asset)
