**JOB OVERVIEW**

If so, we need you in our kitchen We’re on the hunt for a passionate, meat-loving Cook who can whip up dishes with skill, creativity, and a whole lot of love. If you enjoy working with top-quality ingredients, thrive in a fast-paced (but fun) kitchen, and don’t take yourself too seriously (except when it comes to cooking), then let’s talk.

This role is all about skill, attention to detail, and an appreciation for meat done right. No egos here — just a team that loves making great food and having a good time while doing it. We’re looking for a passionate all-star who can represent our brand and loves the grill

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare and cook menu items with precision and consistency, focusing on quality and flavour.
- Work with a wood fire grill and other kitchen equipment to execute dishes to our standards.
- Work efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, receiving, and proper storage of ingredients.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and butcher teams to utilize whole animal butchery and reduce food waste.
- Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development and specials.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and contribute to a strong team dynamic.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in a high-volume or grill-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations.
- Valid food safe level 1 or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Experience working with high-quality meats is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask in a busy kitchen.
- Passion for local, sustainable food and a respect for whole-animal butchery.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Meets the physical requirements of the job and can lift up to 50lbs.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be a Canadian Resident or have a valid work permit.
