Living Room Pharmacy is a unique, boutique pharmacy with full prescription service, which includes compounding and delivering. It is an independently operated and community minded store. At Living Room Pharmacy, we want our customers to feel at home when they are in our store. They are treated to a warm and friendly environment when they visit us; we know them by name. Living Room Pharmacy has been serving the Comox Valley since 2006.

Living Room pharmacy is looking to add a full-time pharmacy assistant for our fast-paced work environment. Wage is negotiable according to experience and skills, and there is an opportunity for further training. Great working conditions, with no work on holidays or Sundays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a friendly, helpful manner
- Log sales in cash register, process payments as well as bag prescriptions
- Dispensing activities including blister-packing
- Working the cash
- Maintain and manage over-the-counter drug products, order, and stock adequate inventory
- Restocking, managing expired stock
- Support pharmacists as well as pharmacy technicians with pharmacy tasks
- Clean up duties
- Delivering prescriptions

Qualifications:

- Must show proof of Covid-19 vaccination
- Experience working in a pharmacy considered an asset
- Quick learner, able to multi-task and self-starter
- Reliable, good team member and excellent people skills
- High attention to detail
- Have a strong grasp of basic math, excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Drivers License required
- Immediate start date preferred

**Salary**: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
