Rocky View Brewing Company is seeking a passionate Line/Prep Cook to support the culinary program and kitchen operations at our Taproom located in beautiful Cochrane, Alberta. We are a community driven craft brewery and restaurant, with a locally emphasized culinary vision. Experience the gateway to the Rockies by working at one of Cochrane’s newest and hottest establishments
- Prepare and cook food items in a timely manner, as per Rocky View Brewing Company standards, to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers.
- Help keep the kitchen clean, organized and running efficiently.
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation and food storage procedures are followed.
- Follow all required checklists and cleaning schedules during your shift.
- Assure the proper care and maintenance of all food service equipment; identify equipment needs for food preparation and service.
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the Taproom.
- Other duties as required.
