We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to assist a physically disabled, non-verbal young woman in an educational and recreational day school setting.

Responsibilities include:

- Supporting classroom engagement and social integration
- Assisting with augmentative communication on a **tablet (Tobii eye gaze)** — good computer skills are required
- Providing full personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including **toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, drinking, and medication administration**

A genuine interest in and respect for individuals with physical disabilities is essential, along with an empathetic and professional approach to care.

Nous recherchons un(e) Préposé(e) aux bénéficiaires compatissant(e) et dévoué(e) pour assister une jeune femme non verbale ayant un handicap physique dans un cadre scolaire de jour, à la fois éducatif et récréatif.
Le/la professionnel(le) de soutien jouera un rôle essentiel pour faciliter la communication via des technologies augmentatives (Tobii eye gaze) et encourager la participation complète aux activités en classe ainsi qu’aux interactions sociales avec les pairs et le personnel.

**Responsabilités**:

- Soutenir l’engagement en classe et l’intégration sociale
- Assister dans la communication augmentative sur tablette (Tobii eye gaze) — de bonnes compétences informatiques sont requises
- Fournir des soins personnels complets et une assistance pour les activités de la vie quotidienne, y compris la toilette, le bain, l’habillage, l’alimentation, la boisson et l’administration des médicaments

Un intérêt sincère et un respect pour les personnes ayant un handicap physique sont essentiels, ainsi qu’une approche empathique et professionnelle des soins.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

**Experience**:

- PAB: 1 year (required)
- Non-Verbal Communication : 1 year (preferred)
