**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform welding operations using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
- Fabricate metal components based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Utilize hand tools, plasma cutting equipment, and machining tools to complete projects.
- Operate forklifts and cranes safely to move materials as needed.
- Conduct quality checks on welds and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in welding or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Experience using calipers and other measuring tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes and the ability to read technical drawings is essential.
- Previous experience operating forklifts and cranes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are necessary for success in this role.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$24.79 per hour
