Team Vincent Motorsports is a passionate, community-driven powersports dealership proudly serving customers since 1923. We’re not just about adrenaline-fueled rides—we also offer Ontario’s largest selection of YETI products, including custom-engraved drinkware and gear.

We’re looking for a **YETI Product & Customization Specialist** to help grow our already successful YETI retail and engraving department. If you’re creative, detail-oriented, and love delivering standout customer experiences, this is the role for you

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage the in-store presentation of YETI products
- Oversee and fulfill online YETI orders and customer inquiries
- Operate our in-house engraving equipment to customize YETI drinkware
- Handle engraving orders for both individual customers and larger corporate clients
- Assist customers with personalization, gift ideas, and branded bulk orders
- Coordinate seasonal displays and product promotions
- Work closely with the manager to grow this department using creative marketing strategies and influencer partnerships
- Support the marketing team with social media content and product features
- Maintain inventory levels and place stock orders as needed

**You Should Have**:

- A flair for visual merchandising and brand presentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A creative mindset and attention to detail
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn engraving software/equipment
- Interest in retail branding, promotions, and marketing trends
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs to handle product movement, displays, and shipments
- Previous retail or customization experience is an asset—training is provided
- Experience in **CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite**, and **Shopify** is a strong asset

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
