THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As a member of the Studio team, the photographer will be in charge of converting the brand's concept into powerful images, as well as maintaining visual coherence throughout their output and executing general quality control of lighting and image assets.
- Lead on set studio operations: collaborating with the Art Director, Studio Manager, Product Stylists, Assistant, HMU, and retouching partners to create compelling e-commerce imagery.
- Set up lighting and composition, ensuring products are represented accurately, and in line with brand guidelines.
- Maintain exposure and color accuracy standards while producing a high volume of images.
- Create and continually refine photography reference guides and set plans.
- Manage the organization of digital files, ensuring integrity and accessibility for the team.
- Maintain photo equipment and cleanliness of the studio.
- Collaborate with studio partners to review workflow processes, efficiencies, and output.
- Perform high-quality retouching, editing, and renaming of e-commerce photos.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum of two (2) years in a fast-paced commercial studio environment;
- A strong awareness of contemporary trends in photography and fashion;
- Ability to learn new processes and programs quickly;
- A perfectionist eye for detail and color accuracy;
- Demonstrated leadership experience and an ability to train and develop others;
- A solution focused problem-solving and troubleshooting approach;
- Time management skills and an ability to deliver to targets and deadlines;
- Advanced knowledge of studio lighting;
- Excellent knowledge of photography equipment, tools and best practices;
- Strong, high-quality retouching skills, for fashion photograph;
- Creative and innovative.
