**Duties**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
- Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
- Manage accounts by building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business development and technical sales initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Utilize technology tools to track marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related field is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in account management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales processes is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a proactive approach to business development.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets.
