2+ years cooking/relevant experience is necessary.

Full time 4-5 shifts per week. Weekend availability required.

Job Prerequisites:
- positive attitude- passion for food- willingness to learn
- full time availability that will not change seasonally.

**Job Description**:
- Hot Cook: Grill, pans, poaching eggs.- Cold Cook: Expedite, plate.- Third Position: Cold, salads, fruit, sides
- Prep Cook: Following recipes, knife work.

Salary
- Wage commensurate with experience
- Approx. $20-$22/hr + approx. $3-$5/hr daily tips
