The Glencoe Golf & Country Club is offering Full Time and Part Time Seasonal Banquet Server positions within the Food & Beverage Team for the 2025 Golf Season. As a Seasonal Banquet server, you will deliver professional food and beverage services in all that we do and constantly aspire to create a second home environment for our members and guests. **Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional service, offering friendly and efficient service that exceeds member expectations every time
- Prepare tables, serving stations, and buffet areas with precision and flair, ensuring every detail is perfect before service begins
- Go above and beyond, always aiming to exceed service standards and contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment that elevates the guest experience
- Provide bar service, handling both cash and credit transactions smoothly while creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
- Complete essential tasks that set up your team and the next shift for success, ensuring a seamless transition and continuous excellence
- Ensures compliance with all Glencoe Health and Safety standards and the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations

**Qualifications**:

- ProServe Certification is required
- A minimum of 1-year banquet experience preferred, and golf knowledge is considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Must have energetic, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Proven track record of creating exceptional experiences
- Standard First Aid & CPR-C Certification is considered an asset
- **Reliable transportation is required as there is no public transportation to our location**
