**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide patient care with compassion and professionalism, ensuring comfort and safety
- Support medication administration following prescribed guidelines
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and organizing living spaces
- Assist with mobility and heavy lifting as needed to prevent falls or injuries
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
- Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members
- Support clients with dementia or cognitive impairments through specialized care techniques
- Work with individuals in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospice environments, or private homes

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in senior care, hospice care, working with people with disabilities, or home care is preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care and medication administration is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility needs
- Strong communication skills and compassionate attitude toward clients of all ages
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in caregiving, nursing assistance, or related fields is a plus but not required
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, or weekends as needed
- Must be reliable, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality care
