Our operations are located at 181 Shearson Cres just behind the ice park on Franklin, in Cambridge. This is in close proximity to the iXpress, 53, 75, & 60 bus routes. At our shop we have additional employee benefits that include a fitness facility on site with showers, and a full kitchen.
As part of the compensation package, we offer benefits (after 3 months) and an RRSP contribution matching plan (after 1 year).
We are looking for team member that has experience in AutoCAD, good familiarity and comfort with Excel, strong attention to details, positive attitude, a solution oriented mindset, and can manage shifting priorities.
**Primary duties include**:
- Create and modify 2D sales drawings
- Create production shop floor drawings
- Send Parts orders to Purchasing
- Read and interpret drawings, Order forms/spec sheets, provided by inside sales
**Experience**:
- Experience in AutoCAD
- Excellent computer skills
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Good problem solving skills
- Good Communication skills
This opportunity could be a great fit for CAD technicians, Engineering Technicians, someone with manufacturing experience who has used CAD software in the past, or someone looking to join a successful team.
