Our mental wellness centre is a perfect setting for a holistic approach to mental health, integrating it with physical, emotional and social health. Our facility is looking for a motivated, proactive and innovative individual to join our energetic team. Nomina is seeking a full or part-time psychologist to assist clinical psychotherapy services.

**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Manage and provide input into clinical scheduling, intake and client admission
- Perform diagnostic assessments with psychometric tools as required.

Develop and monitoring of treatment plans developed with a clinical care team
- Monitor overall patient progress
- Provide brief psycho-therapeutic interventions
- Provide clinical supervision for facility clinicians
- Liaise with offices (both local and distant) for client collaborative care Meet with family members or individuals of importance to the patient, as appropriate and with the consent of the patient
- Follow Nomina policies ensuring timely and thorough documentation and record retention, with special reference to the inter-professional approach, admission records, transfer information and discharge orders.
- On-call responsibilities on days worked and weekends as required

**Qualifications**:

- Hold a PhD in Psychology or related discipline.
- Mental Health and Addictions experience an asset. Previous work in residential / inpatient setting considered an asset.

- Doctoral Degree (required)

- clinical: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
