About you You’re a collaborative team player with expertise in bridging business and technical teams, focusing on Business Intelligence (BI) projects. Your skills span Business Reporting, Data Modeling, Self-Service BI, Advanced Analytics, Data Visualization, and Integration. You thrive on identifying opportunities and implementing solutions for business growth and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will
- Collaborate with teams to document business requirements for data, reporting, and analytics.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to guide development teams effectively.
- Analyze existing data sets, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Demonstrate understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Master Data Management Concepts.
- Evaluate and propose strategies for report consolidation and renewal.
- Direct report development using BI tools for actionable insights.
- Identify business capability gaps, leveraging data science tools for analysis.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in business intelligence.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in data analytics and BI.
- Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Geospatial and Property data models.
- Knowledge of AI concepts and enterprise implementations.
