**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective online sales strategies to increase product visibility and sales conversion rates.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling online promotions and campaigns that attract potential buyers.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for growth.
- Provide product knowledge and assistance to customers, addressing inquiries in a clear and informative manner.
- Maintain organized documentation of sales activities and customer feedback to enhance service delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles; experience in Internet Sales is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills for handling transactions and analyzing sales data.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities (Spanish preferred) are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with sales management tools and CRM software is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and adapting to changing market trends.

Pay: $78,600.00-$140,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
