**About Us**:

**Position Overview**:
The Assistant General Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing staff. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for the restaurant industry, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the General Manager in daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Train, supervise, and mentor front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional service and performance.
- Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales.
- Assist in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for food and hospitality.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
