Daytime Cleaner

Bee-Clean is currently looking for exceptional Janitorial Staff members for our **Pender Island Team**. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual looking for a part-time opportunity to supplement their current schedule. We are Canada’s largest 100% Canadian-owned janitorial company. With over 20 offices across Canada, we have been providing expert building maintenance and complete janitorial services for 50 years to a variety of clients.

**Daytime Cleaner, 3 Days a week, Saturday - Monday - Thursday, morning shifts and 2 hours per shift, (exact starting time will be determined before starting date). Days of service may be able to change. Occasional hours on off days as required to respond to emergency work orders (Extra pay).**This position is an ideal match for parents/guardians looking to work around school schedules or someone semi-retired looking to stay active. It is important to note that a successful applicant must obtain high-level security clearance before starting this position, for which all costs will be covered by Bee Clean.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and mopping of floors.
- Cleaning windows, emptying garbage, and recycling.
- Cleaning the kitchen, washrooms, changerooms, and cell area, including cells.
- Other duties as required /requested by Bee-Clean

**Requirements**:

- Successful applicants will have to undergo the necessary background checks and security clearances, all of which the costs are covered by Bee Clean
- Daytime cleaning only, flexible with start times between the hours of 8:30 am -1 pm
- Able to work independently
- Attention to detail, efficient, positive attitude
