**About the Role**:
BTR Painting Ltd. is a growing, family-owned company looking for a skilled, reliable painter to join our team. We specialize in **high-quality interior and exterior residential and commercial projects**.

We're not looking for labourers — we need someone who can **cut clean lines, roll efficiently, and represent the company professionally** on site.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2+ years professional painting experience (minimum)
- Confident with brush, roller, and minor prep (caulking, patching, sanding)
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the Georgian Bay area
- Good attitude, solid work ethic, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working on ladders and exteriors when required
