We are currently recruiting for a Customer Advisor to work at one of our Barrie, Ontario locations. Our Customer Advisors act as a liaison between our customers and our technicians. The Customer Advisor will consult with customers to identify their vehicle needs and relay all pertinent details to our technicians.
- Salary rate based on experience._

Description of Duties/Expectations:

- Greet all customers upon their arrival into the store
- Gather vehicle symptoms/requirements information
- Determine and recommend the best service decision(s) for customers
- Rectify customer complaints/concerns in a courteous and professional manner
- Keep shop Manager informed of any problems regarding shop or customer related matters
- Arrange service appointments for customers
- Other duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Experience in a sales or customer service role involving automotive service, tires, parts and accessories
- Experience in the tire and automotive service industry an asset
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrated computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Some knowledge of tools and equipment
- Strong organizational skills
- Outstanding time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities professionally and effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence and aptitude to operate independently and unsupervised
- Experience working in a team-based environment
- Automotive repair and preventative maintenance sales
