We are a collaborative, innovative, and safety-driven team that values quality, integrity, and teamwork—and we’re looking for a skilled **Cabinetmaker / Benchperson** to join us.

**The Role**
As a Cabinet Maker / Benchperson (_Benchman_), you’ll transform shop drawings into reality building high-quality millwork products with care and precision. You’ll work independently and alongside our production team, apprentices, finishers, and project managers to bring projects to life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on craftsmanship, problem-solving, and creating beautiful, functional millwork that exceeds expectations.

**What You’ll Do**
- Read and interpret shop and architectural drawings with accuracy.
- Select materials and build millwork items including cabinetry, countertops, bulkheads, trellises, and more.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment (saws, routers, edge-bander, drills, sanders, etc.).
- Inspect, finish, and ensure all items meet Colwin and AWMAC standards.
- Collaborate with the production team and apprentices to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
- Communicate effectively and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **5+ years’ experience** in cabinetmaking / millwork construction or Red Seal Joinery certification.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt, help others, and take on challenges.
- Valid driver’s license (forklift license or installation experience is an asset).

**Working Conditions**
This is a hands-on, shop-based role in a dynamic woodworking environment. Standard workweeks apply, but occasional evenings, nights, or weekends may be required depending on project needs.
