Here at Armstrong’s, we have been providing exceptional ULC listed alarm monitoring services to independent security dealers across Canada since 1989 with a proven track record of reliability and customer satisfaction.

Armstrong's does not sell, install or quote on security tenders, we take pride in specializing in security monitoring services for Independent Security Installers, it is the sole purpose of our business

Our dispatchers handle various types of alarms 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Alarms we monitor include but are not limited to: burglary alarms, fire alarms, panic/hold up alarms, environmental alarms, trouble conditions, etc. We also provide two-way audio PERS medical monitoring dispatching police/fire department or ambulance as required by emergency situations.
- Must be bilingual in both French and English.
- Must possess excellent oral & written communications skills
- Must have a completed high school diploma
- Be able to work in a very fast past environment with high pressure situations
