**Job Duties**:

- Lawn Maintenance Lead Hand related to the landscape gardening industry.
- The position of Lawn Maintenance Lead Hand will involve assisting in the daily management of maintenance projects for Oakridge Landscape Contractors.
- This position also includes the use of numerous types of related equipment.

**Key Duties include**:

- Assisting foreperson in managing a crew of 3-5 people.
- Mowing grass.
- Flower bed maintenance.
- Pulling weeds.
- Trimming.
- Raking.
- Pruning.
- On occasion, drive company pickup and trailer.

**Job Requirements**:

- Valid Driver’s License “G” is required.
- Clean Driver’s Abstract.
- 3-5 years of field experience.
- Strong knowledge of job safety and safe work habits.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work long hours, some Saturdays may be required.
- Tolerance to various weather conditions.
