- Cartage division with 5-ton trucks all with tailgates to handle LTL
- Trailer division to handle FL freight
- Overnight division for less time sensitive deliveries
- Rush division for time critical deliveries
- Warehouse storage and full pick and pack operation

- QRC specializes in Retail deliveries

**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Prepare appropriate paperwork for shipping, including BOL's, POD's, customs forms, and invoices
- Check all load-related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer problems, mechanical problems, or delivery problems
- Receive requests for assistance or service; contact appropriate parties
- Order creation and data entry using TMS and WMS
- Support the warehouse floor on an as needed basis to perform scanning
- Monitor claims for key Retail and Transportation accounts
- Use customer portals on a daily basis for delivery tracking and updates, upload/ request documentation, generate tracking numbers, send alerts
- Regular communication with drivers, floor Supervisors and Forklift operators to ensure accurate processes in Operation
- Any other tasks as assigned

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and Transportation Management Systems
- Proficient computer skills including Excel, Power Point, Word
- RF Scanning experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and effectively
- Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple, concurrent projects
- Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
