**Job Overview**
Full time and Part time cleaners for residential and commercial properties in a great work environment. Award winning company best cleaners 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 as chosen by London community votes.

Cleaning experience is preferred.

Preferred valid G license and a clean driving record.

Own transportation to the office daily, as we are not on a bus route. Work done using COMPANY cars.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle custodial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely when necessary for cleaning tasks.
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving of furniture or equipment as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
