Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns
- Clear tables and clean dining area as needed
- Process payments and provide accurate change
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operation
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Food Safety Certification (required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

**Summary**

As a Waitress/Waiter Server, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our patrons. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will utilize your core skills in food service, communication, and food safety to take orders, serve food, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Your proficiency in POS systems and time management will enhance efficiency, while your knowledge of food handling and sanitation will ensure compliance with health standards. Join our team to contribute to a vibrant dining environment and foster guest satisfaction.

Pay: $16.50 per hour
