**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring mínimal downtime for production operations.
- Oversee the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory, and equipment performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in maintenance procedures, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute projects that improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze schematics and technical documentation to troubleshoot equipment failures effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, including mechanical knowledge and electrical experience.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in English for clear communication with team members and other departments.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
- Experience using CMMS tools for tracking maintenance activities is preferred.
