**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Install roofing systems using a variety of materials including shingles, metal, and tiles.
- Perform inspections to assess the condition of roofs and identify necessary repairs.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and securing roofing materials.
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks as required for transporting materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals such as carpenters and contractors to ensure project completion.
- Maintain a clean work environment by disposing of debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong maintenance person skills with the ability to build and repair structures as needed.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading to accurately follow project plans.
- Experience with caulking techniques for effective sealing of roofs.
- Familiarity with hand tools and heavy lifting practices essential for roofing tasks.
- Ability to work at heights safely and efficiently.
- Strong physical stamina and the capability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to quality workmanship.
