Overnight Valet Driver - YVR
**Concord Parking is looking for a full-time Overnight Valet Driver**

Our Drivers are key players in our parking operations during scheduled shifts at our Vancouver International Airport jetSet Parking location. You will be responsible for parking and moving customer vehicles within the jetSet Parking facility during the overnight shift. Monitoring clients check in and check out procedures and assisting with all customer requests and enquiries.

**Shifts**: Monday to Thursday 2200 - 0630

32 hours per week, 26.38 per hour.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all check-in/out procedures for customers arriving to and departing from the site.
- Provide advice and guidance to customers in relation to the check-in/out procedure and assist with all customer requests and inquiries.
- Safely move customers’ vehicles from one section of the operation to the next with the utmost care, integrity, and liability.
- Perform a visual audit of valuables stored in customer vehicles and photo document
- Photo document fuel level odometer
- Responsible for the accurate recording of vehicle movements on the handheld device.
- Follow safety procedures related to the parking of vehicles and travelling in customers’ cars around the site.
- Always carry a radio while on duty and respond to calls.
- To ensure all safety concerns or incidents (no matter how minor) are reported using the company's reporting procedure.
- Report any vehicles that are not considered roadworthy as per site guidelines.
- Take ownership of all direct customers' comments/complaints seeking resolutions in line with due protocol or escalating to a supervisor or manager where appropriate.
- Comply with site health and safety regulations taking care of own and others' safety
- Assist in keeping the site clean and tidy.
- Attend meetings and training as and when required.
- Take responsibility for the safekeeping, maintenance and appropriate use of all equipment/technology issued.
- Assist on Reception if and when required.
