Server/bartender

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server to join our team. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, while ensuring compliance with food safety and hospitality standards.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a bartending role preferred
- Knowledge of basic bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
