**About the role**

**What you’ll need**:

- Experience as a Production Team Lead or Finishing Lead Hand in a manufacturing plant, optimally a precast concrete plant
- Familiarity with densifiers/sealers, experience installing floor levelling materials, knowledge of surface prep for toppings and coatings
- Hands on attitude, capability and willingness to work at different tasks alongside team members you are leading
- The ability to work effectively as a team member, to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Demonstrated organizational, prioritization, and time management skills; the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- High-level of personal accountability, ability to check your own work and remedy mistakes by proactively working through them
- Ability to take initiative and follow through for successful completion
- Ability to identify problems, visualize ideal solutions, and implement those solutions in the most meaningful way
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Respect for all organizational and standard operating procedures
- Respect and adherence to all Health and Safety Guidelines
- Capacity to develop and maintain good working relationships with all levels of the organization
- Have a high attention to detail
- Desire to seek out more optimal methods of manufacturing, and the will to continuously evolve and shift from outdated ways to new, better ways
- Desire to take training in areas identified as necessary for your position
- Flexibility to share in the workload in other areas of the plant
- Ability to lift 50lbs
