**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our transportation processes to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to customers. This position requires excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving skills.

Location : Quebec City (QC)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Compensation: CA$3,050 per month (employee health insurance and bonuses after probation; upon becoming a full time employee, monthly salary ranges from CA$3,200 to CA$3,800)

Language Requirements: Fluent in French and English; Mandarin is preferred (for business needs)

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage daily transportation activities to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Supervise the transportation team, manage drivers, and coordinate with transportation partners.
- Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize routes and costs.
- Monitor the status of goods during transportation, address issues and delays.
- Maintain effective communication with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, sales, customer service) and external vendors and customers.
- Analyze transportation data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
- Ensure all transportation activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:
**Must have a QC provincial driver's license and a clean criminal record**
- Legally authorized to work in Canada (PR/citizenship), with a SIN number, able to start promptly, responsible, and proactive.
- College diploma or higher in logistics, transportation management, or a related field.
- At least two years of relevant work experience, with team management experience is preferred.
- Familiar with logistics and transportation industry best practices and relevant regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with good stress management.
- Proficient in logistics management systems and office software (e.g., Excel, Word).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $3,050.00 per month
