**About Us**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Identify and engage potential clients, guiding them through the journey of understanding and investing in modular and prefabricated homes.
- **Consultative Sales**: Use your in-depth knowledge of modular construction and prefabricated home solutions to provide customized recommendations based on client needs and project goals.
- **Lead Management**: Manage and nurture leads from initial contact to close, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our marketing, design, and project teams to deliver seamless and informative experiences for our clients.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to better serve our clients and maintain a competitive edge.
- **Events & Networking**: Represent EcoPod Systems at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to generate new leads and build relationships.
- **Our Customers**:A combination to B2B and B2C. The B2B customers would involve the sale of multiple units.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in modular homes, prefabricated homes, or a closely related field.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of modular and prefabricated housing solutions, including building processes, materials, and current trends.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging way.
- **Customer Focused**: Proven ability to understand and anticipate client needs, providing tailored solutions and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- **Driven & Ambitious**: Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM systems, digital communication tools, and sales software.

**Remuneration**:
This position is a combination of a base salary and sales commission. Our units are extremely competitively priced compared to anything on the market, so, if you are a motived person, then your sales commission will be very high.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $75,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
