**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our culinary team at Garden Villa. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals that cater to the dietary needs of our residents, ensuring a high standard of food quality and safety. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the dining experience for our community.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Meal preparation to accommodate resident preferences and nutritional needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including proper food storage practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during meal times.
- Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and assist with ordering as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to prepare meals that meet dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.27 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
