**JOB DESCRIPTION-SCOPE**

As the eCommerce Manager at 49th Parallel Roasters, you will be an essential member of our small but dynamic team responsible for driving online growth and expansion. In this role, you will have a broad scope of responsibilities, including managing all aspects of our eCommerce business both DTC (Shopify) and Amazon marketplace. You will be reporting to the Director of eCommerce & Digital Marketing and overseeing the eCommerce Order Processing and Customer Experience team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Ecommerce Strategy & Site Operations**
- Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to increase sales, optimize conversions, and improve customer experience.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the eCommerce site operations, including site merchandising, promotions, customer events and coordination on digital marketing campaigns
- Ensure product accuracy on the website and Amazon, including copy, photography, and linking, and maintain website product taxonomy using SEO, analytics, content, merchandising, and internal search to ensure consistent execution and optimal customer experience.

**Marketplace Management**
- Optimize product detail pages, update content, monitor inventory, prevent stockouts, and replenish stock accordingly to maximize and drive Amazon and eCommerce sales.
- Manage external vendor relationships (web and advertising agencies), providing assets, set-up requirements, and performance feedback.

**Reporting & Internal Coordination**
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of business performance and support the distribution of a monthly eCommerce report that highlights key KPIs and recommendations for the future.
- Work cross-functionally with Quality Control, Production, and Order Desk teams to ensure coffee inventory levels, assortment, and replenishment meet in-market and future online store demand.
- Stay up to date on eCommerce trends and Amazon offerings, sharing findings and recommendations with the Director and cross-functional team.

**Ecommerce Order Fulfillment & Customer Experience**
- Manage the Ecommerce Order Fulfillment and Customer Experience team, providing training and coaching as needed to ensure quality and accuracy of orders shipped to customers.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries within 24 business hours and resolving any order or website issues efficiently and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of eCommerce experience required, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer experience.
- Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Experience with Amazon FBA, product creation, and inventory management.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and understanding eCommerce KPIs and metrics such as AOV, return/exchange rates, and conversion, with the ability to recommend solutions to drive growth.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Resourceful and willing to figure things out

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 3 years (required)
