**Job Overview**
Private owned multi family real estate company with $500 m in multi family apartment assets seeks experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team.

**DUTIES**
- Oversite of the Monthly Budgeting and Reporting and Treasury Function
- Debt and Equity Management
- Tax Reporting and Planning
- Establishing and Monitoring of the Risk Management programs
- Legal Function

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Qualified CPA/CA
- Must have strong financial and management accounting background
- Must have previous experience in a multi family apartment business environment at senior level
- Minimum 5 years experience post qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at senior level
- Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and working in a fast paced environment

Pay: $125,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
