**About the Role**:
CarDoor is seeking a **Financial Services Manager**to join our team and enhance our online car buying process. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team and make a significant impact as we continue to expand.Help us transform the traditional car purchasing experience and contribute to reshaping the used vehicle sales process.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Customer Guidance**: Assist customers through our purchasing process on the CarDoor platform, ensuring clear communication of next steps and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **CRM Management**: Accurately update customer information in our CRM, verify details, and generate necessary sales documentation.
- **Lender Communication**: Relay lender decisions to customers promptly and accurately.
- **Ancillary Products Promotion**: Promote CarDoor's value-added products, including extended warranties, GAP insurance, rustproofing, and more.
- **Objection Handling**: Address customer concerns and objections effectively to facilitate successful transactions.

**All About You**:

- **Experience**: 5+ years of sales experience in automotive financial services.
- **Credit Knowledge**: Proficiency in working with challenged credit profiles is essential.
- **Multitasking Ability**: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customers simultaneously.
- **Self-Starter**: Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work weekends and evening shifts as required.
