Responsibilities:

- Establishing a networks infrastructure
- Identifying problems with networks
- Providing a solution
- Providing IT support
- Answering calls about network issues
- Checking and maintaining network components
- Providing constant upkeep of the network infrastructure
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Assist to complete all other project-related tasks as required
- Set direction for the team, anticipate strategic and scaling-related challenges via thoughtful long-term planning
- Oversee and coordinate all software releases for the eCommerce organization
- Facilitate near constant releases to dozens of integrated testing environments
- You will mentor the professional development of each Engineer by helping them build and execute personal development plans that map to our organization goals
- You will give the team the tools, confidence, and motivation to make decisions independently that lead to their personal and professional success
- You will be responsible for the group’s technical strategy and roadmap - creating success metrics in close collaboration with other Engineering and Product Managers
- You work with tech leads and senior engineers across multiple teams and orgs to gather system requirements, gut check new feature proposals, and drive large system improvements
- Provide thought leadership across many aspects of our public and private cloud infrastructure in current and emerging technologies

Skill
- Software knowledge, as IT infrastructure engineers will work with a variety of different softwares and must understand how systems interact
- Hardware knowledge, as infrastructure engineers need to know how to work with routers, servers, PCs, printers and other equipment
- Problem-solving, as infrastructure engineers will need to solve a huge range of technical problems in their daily life
- Teaching skills, as infrastructure engineers need to be able to explain complexed and technical concepts to nontechnical colleagues. They may also need to train them to use the software
- Extensive design and hands on build experience in global enterprise organizations focusing on storage, compute, virtualization, and backup solutions
- In depth knowledge in Data Center Fabric, Storage Virtualization, SAN, NAS, FC, FCoE, Zoning, LUNs, iSCISI, CIFS, NFS, RAID, data protection and backup technologies

Pay: $14.25-$39.63 per hour
