We provide service 24 hours a day, seven days a week to clients in their homes, in schools, in retirement homes and other locations in the community. **We are currently seeking**: **Care Team Scheduling Coordinators - Permanent Full-Time** **1:30pm-9:30pm Shift—Monday-Friday with rotating weekends** **What is the job?** Reporting to the Care Team Supervisor, you will help our clients maintain their independence and brighten their day by fielding client calls and ensuring their services are scheduled in a timely manner. You’ll work in a fast-paced high energy customer service centre, communicating with clients, families, funders and clients’ Health Care Teams including Personal Support Workers, Nurses and Rehab Service Providers. Solid time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks are equally important. You must be able to work independently while being flexible enough to support the team as changes arise. Medical terminology would be an asset. Satisfactory completion of the technical skills testing is required. **PLEASE NOTE**: To protect the health and safety of our employees, clients and their families and in the interest to follow strong public health measures, it is a requirement of employment at VHA Home Healthcare to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
